I began my career as a lawyer, working in high-pressure environments where staying composed and thinking clearly mattered. Then I entered the world of stock market trading — and discovered a completely different kind of pressure. The biggest battle wasn’t always with the market. It was with my own mind. Fear, overthinking, self-doubt, burnout and the urge to quit made me curious about something deeper: Can we actually train the brain to respond differently? That curiosity led me to Emotional Intelligence and to understanding how our thoughts, emotions and patterns shape the way we live, decide and perform. I learned that you don’t have to be controlled by your emotions — you can learn to work with them. And your brain can be trained, rewired and strengthened through awareness and practice. That journey became my purpose. To understand the mind. To build emotional strength. And to help others create the same shift within themselves.
